Terms of Use

By accessing chartstrackr.com and creating an account, you accept these Terms of Use ("Terms") without reservation. If you do not accept these terms, you must not use the Service.

chartstrackr is a SaaS platform offering individual traders:

• A trading journal to record and analyze their trades
• A structured session-based backtesting tool
• Educational training modules
• Discipline tools (pre-trade checklist, panic room)
• A referral program

Registration is done via Whop OAuth. The user agrees to provide accurate information and keep it up to date. The user is solely responsible for the confidentiality of their Whop credentials.

The minimum age to register is 18 years old.

The user agrees to:

• Use the Service for personal, non-commercial purposes (unless written agreement from the publisher)
• Not attempt to bypass security systems or paid access
• Not resell, share or distribute the educational content
• Not use the Service for illegal or fraudulent activities
• Not post unlawful, defamatory content or content infringing on the rights of others

The user remains the owner of the data they record on the platform (trades, backtest strategies, notes, etc.). chartstrackr claims no rights over this data and only uses it to provide the Service to the user.

chartstrackr strives to ensure 99% availability but does not guarantee absolute service continuity. Interruptions for maintenance, updates or force majeure may occur.

chartstrackr reserves the right to suspend or delete an account in case of: violation of these Terms, fraud, non-payment, abusive behavior. Termination by the publisher does not entitle the user to any refund.

The user can delete their account at any time from their "My Account" page. This action is irreversible and results in the permanent deletion of all their data (trades, backtests, courses, checklist, panic room).

⚠️ Deleting your chartstrackr account does not cancel your Whop subscription. You must cancel your subscription separately from your Whop account.

chartstrackr is an educational tool and a tracker. It does not constitute investment advice, nor a recommendation to buy or sell.

Trading on financial markets involves substantial risks of capital loss. Past performance is not indicative of future results. The user acknowledges trading at their own risk and releases chartstrackr from any liability for any losses incurred.

chartstrackr may modify these Terms of Use at any time. Users will be informed by email or via a notification in the Service. Continued use of the Service after modification constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
