1. Organizer
The "100 Elite" contest (hereinafter "the Contest") is organized by VLD SERVICES F.Z.E. (a company under UAE law, license no. 38251, Ajman Free Zone, United Arab Emirates), publisher of the chartstrackr.com website, hereinafter "the Organizer".
2. Conditions of participation
Participation in the Contest is open to any adult individual who has cumulatively:
- purchased the chartstrackr Elite offer (199 USD, lifetime access) between June 21, 2026 and July 21, 2026, within the limit of the first 100 purchases — a participation number (from 1 to 100) being assigned in chronological order of purchase;
- created an account with the Organizer's prop firm partner via the provided link, and confirmed this creation according to the terms of section 2ter, before the closing date set out in section 5.
Only participants cumulatively meeting these two conditions are eligible for the prize draw.
2bis. Participation without purchase obligation
In accordance with French regulations, any person wishing to participate without purchasing the paid Elite offer may do so by sending an email to contact@chartstrackr.com with their first name, last name and email address, before the closing date set out in section 5. A participation number is then assigned under the same conditions as paying participants, within the limit of the 100 available numbers. The prop firm account creation condition (section 2, second point) also applies to these participants; opening this account being free of charge, this participation route involves no cost.
2ter. Confirmation process
Creation of the prop firm account must be confirmed by the participant via the confirmation form accessible from their welcome email, by providing a screenshot of the created account. Any entry for which this confirmation has not been received before the closing date is excluded from the draw.
3. Prize
The prize at stake is a trading account with the Organizer's prop firm partner, with a face value of up to 100,000 USD (estimated commercial value: 450 USD). The exact size of the account awarded is determined by the prop firm partner and may vary. Awarding of the account is conditional on the winner opening an account with this partner, under the terms specific to that partner.
4. Draw process
The prize draw is carried out live on chartstrackr's social media channels (Instagram and/or TikTok), by randomly drawing a number among those actually assigned and confirmed per section 2ter. The draw will take place on July 25, 2026.
5. Duration and closing date
The Contest begins on June 21, 2026 and ends as soon as the 100 Elite spots are filled, or at the latest on July 21, 2026 at 11:59 PM (Paris time), whichever occurs first. If, by that date, fewer than 100 spots have been purchased, the prize draw is carried out only among participants who met the conditions of section 2 by that date.
6. Winner announcement and notification
The winner is announced publicly during the live draw and contacted by email at the address used during registration within 48 hours. The winner has 15 days to respond and provide the information needed to open their prop firm account, failing which a new draw will be organized.
7. Liability
The Organizer cannot be held liable for the unavailability of the prize due to the prop firm partner, nor for that partner's own terms of use (identity verification, trading conditions, withdrawals, etc.), which are the sole responsibility of the partner.
8. Acceptance of these rules
Participation in the Contest implies full and unconditional acceptance of these rules, available on this page throughout the duration of the Contest.
