Terms of Sale

These Terms of Sale ("Terms") govern the sale of subscriptions and services offered by chartstrackr (hereinafter "the Service") via the website chartstrackr.com, published by VLD SERVICES F.Z.E. (a company under UAE law, license no. 38251, Ajman Free Zone).

Any payment constitutes full and unconditional acceptance of these Terms of Sale.

chartstrackr offers two subscription plans:

• chartstrackr Pro: $34 USD/month, automatic monthly renewal.
• chartstrackr Elite: $199 USD, lifetime access, one-time payment.

Prices are shown in US dollars (USD). Applicable VAT is automatically calculated by our payment provider (Whop) based on the customer's country of residence.

Orders are placed online via the website and the secure payment page provided by Whop. The user must create an account (via Whop OAuth) before or during the payment process.

Order confirmation is sent by email to the address provided. Access to the Service is activated automatically within minutes of payment confirmation.

Payment is processed by our partner Whop, Inc.. chartstrackr does not collect or store any banking data. Accepted payment methods are credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) and Apple Pay.

Customers residing in the European Union benefit from the mandatory provisions of European distance-selling law (notably Directive 2011/83/EU), which provide for a 14-day right of withdrawal. However, this right does not apply to the supply of digital content not provided on a tangible medium, the performance of which has begun after prior express consent from the consumer and express waiver of their right of withdrawal.

By checking the box "I accept the Terms of Sale" during payment, the user expressly agrees that the performance of the Service begins immediately and acknowledges that they will no longer be able to exercise their right of withdrawal once the Service is activated.

Pro subscription (monthly): the user can cancel at any time from their Whop account. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period. No refund is due for the current period.

Elite subscription (lifetime): non-cancellable once activated, except in case of obvious Service failure (see Warranties section).

chartstrackr undertakes to provide the Service with reasonable care but cannot be held responsible for the consequences of any temporary unavailability, maintenance or bugs.

Trading disclaimer: chartstrackr is an educational tool and a trading tracker. It does not constitute investment advice, a recommendation to buy or sell, or a guarantee of profit. Trading involves substantial risks of capital loss. Past performance is not indicative of future results. The user is solely responsible for their financial decisions and acknowledges trading at their own risk.

The processing of data is governed by our Privacy Policy.

These Terms of Sale are governed by the law of the United Arab Emirates and the regulations of the Ajman Free Zone Authority, where the publisher VLD SERVICES F.Z.E. has its registered office.

Notwithstanding the above, users residing in the European Union benefit from the mandatory provisions of their national consumer protection law (notably Directive 2011/83/EU) and personal data protection law (GDPR). In the event of a dispute, an EU consumer customer may bring proceedings before the court of their place of residence after attempting an amicable resolution via contact@chartstrackr.com.
